Animals and Beer

I'm directing a play called Presto, written by Michael McRae. It concerns the nature of magic and belief, and what happens when a rabbit refuses to get into a hat. I am trying to find a costume for my rabbit. There are a number of bizarre options.

We tracked down this elusive Yeastie Boys beastie. Tea and beer; such an excellent combination.

Chester is impressed, as you can see.

Visit from Witch 3 and Wide Boy Steve

We had a lovely visit from the Kiwipoms, Witch 3 and Wide Boy Steve. We took them walking and drinking (obviously). Apparently no one had told them it gets cold in Australia. They may not have been impressed by the weather, but Witch 3 was certainly enamored of the kangaroos.

No, really, we're not cold

And as all visitors must be taken to the National Gallery Sculpture Garden...

All About the Beer

This week appears to be all about the beer. Hmm. First, there was the tasting of stouts at the Wig and Pen.

Then we got lots of stock of Belgian Beers to sell in the shop, and The Young Hipster was very pleased.

And then we had tastings of beer to celebrate the World Cup - both at work...

...and at home.
