Canberra Day is often considered the end of summer here in the ACT. It's still warm but the furous heat has gone from the sun. We finished off our weekend away with becaches and art galleries.

Of course I really like this wooden sculpture on the main street of Mogo, but there were no details about its provenance or the carver/ artist, so that's all I've got, I'm afraid.
And when we got home, the cats were waiting for us and demanding attention and affection, which, naturally, we were happy to give them.
