A wedding and a wonderland

Theatre friends got married on the stage at Theatre 3. It was beautiful and entirely appropriate. We were lucky to be invited and honoured to share their celebrations.

Most hearty congratulations to Heather and Sam
It's been a few months now since we moved house, but I'm still enjoying exploring the area on runs and rides and getting out and about into 'new' bits of Canberra.

Who would have thought a frog on the window could look so cute? I love its sticky feet! (Yes, I'm such a biologist...)

The Frog and Parrot (and peaches)

Meanwhile, back at home, here are some things found in the garden...

Crimson rosella
Eastern rosella
Wattlebird

The birds are very beautiful (and noisy!) but they devour the fruit from the trees and vines. I managed to rescue just enough peaches to make a crumble (and Him Outdoors made peach beer).
